vs DECREE
Emily V. Winch, Defendant
Now comes on to be heard by the Court the above entitled cause on this 19th day of March, 1936, upon the complaint herein taken as confessed by the Defendant, whose default for not appearing herein has been entered, and upon the proof taken and the testimony given on the part of the Plaintiff.
And it appearing to the Court that all the allegations of the complaint are sustained, and that the District Attorney for Coos County, Oregon, has been served, and has appeared herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, It is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the marriage heretofore and now existing between the Plaintiff and the Defendant be, and it is hereby dissolved, and Plaintiff is divorced from the Defendant; and that the parties are, and each of them is free and released from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them.
It is further adjudged and decreed by the Court that neither party hereto shall enter the marriage relation or contract marriage with a third person until the expiration of six months from the date of this decree.
