In the Name of God Amen. the first Day of March, Anno Domini, one Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Eight and in the thirty first year of His Majestyes Reign &. I Thomas Winch of Framingham in the County of Middlesex, in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New Eng - Gent being in considerable health of Body, and of perfect mind and memoryThanks be given unto God: But calling unto mind the mortaliltiy of my Body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Dye do make and ordain this my lass Will and Testament, that is to Say, principally, and knowing and first of all, I Give and Recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it; and my Body commend to the Earth, to be Buried in decent Christian Burial at the diserction and charge of my Executor hereafter named within doubting but at the General ReSurrection I shall receive the Same. [?][?] by the mighty Tower of God a touching [?] Estate [?] with it hath pleased God to Bless me in this life. after my just Debts and Funeral charges are paid, I Give, [demise] and dispose of the Same in the following manner and form.
[?] I Give and bequeath to Deborrah my Dearly beloved wife, the [?] and improvement of the East half part of my dweling house. from top to bottom with the Sallar under the Same and an Equal Priviledge of going up the chamber and garrit and down, and the like priviledge at the front door and at the well, and a convenient yard room at the house while She remains my widow. I also give to my - wife all my indoor household goods and moveable of feet, and my negro girl Genney to be hers for ever to be at her Sole dispose.. further my will is that my Son, Nathan Winch provide for my [?] wife and his mother on good cow for her use and keep the Same for her winter and Summer, and provide for her ten bushels of Indian meal and five bushels of Rye meal yearly and every year [which] She continues my widow and provide his mother all other things and every thing that shall be needed and [?] necessary, and that She Shall have an occation for, for her support and comfort in Sickness and in health, and look after her and nurse her under all circumstances of life while She remains my widow, and continuing my widow during life. at her death to burry her honourably in [?] chrisitian burial at his own cost and charge.
Item I Give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Winch all the lands and bildings where he now lives that was mine by Signing over a Deed of the Same to the [?] Thomas Winch his Heirs and assigns forever to be his full portion out of my Estate.
Item I give and bequeath to my Grand Son Ebenezer Winch Son of my son Samuel Winch Sixty Five pounds thirteen Shillings and four opence lawful money to be paid him the first day of May next after he arrives to the age of twenty one thirty three pounds Six Shillings and Eight pence to be paid by my Son Joseph Winch to the P Ebenezer for which payment my P Son Joseph has given a bond. and my will is that my Son Nathan Winch pay to my P-Grand Son Ebenzer Winch thirty three pounds Five Shillings and Eight pence the first day of May next after he arives to the age of twenty one or to his Heirs, Executor or Adminits to be his full portion out of my Eastate.- - - - - - Item I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Deborah Farrar the wife of John Farrar twenty three pounds Six Shillings and Eight pence to make up and compleast her full portion out of my Estate.

She having had part of her portion before the P Sum to be paid by my Execut[or] hereafter named in one year after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Hannah Rice the wife of David Rice twenty six pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence to make up and Compleat her full portion out of my Estate. She having had part of her portion before the Sum to be paid by my Executor here after named in one year after my decease.-
Iten I give and bequeath to my Son Nathan Winch whom I likewise constitute make and ordain my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all land Singular my remaining lands, house, [?] and Tenement which I value at one hundred pounds by him freely to be Possessed and Enjoyed for every----- and I do hereby utterly dissallow, revoke and [?] Samual all and every other former, Testaments, Will, Legacies and bequests, and Executors by me in any ways before Named, Willed and bequeathed, Ratifymg and confirming this and not othther to be my last will and Testament. In Witness whereof, I have hereto Sett my hand and seal the day and year above written.-------

To all People to whom these Presents shall come, Samuel Danforth Esq; Judge of the Probate of Wills, &. in the County of Middlesex within the Province of the Massachusetts-Bay in New-England, sendeth Greeting.
KNOW YE, That on the twellth Day of october Anno domini 1761 the Instruments hereunto annexed (purporting the last Will and Testament Codiy of Thomas Winch late of Framingham in said County Gentelman deceased) was presented for Probate by Nathan Winch the Executor therein named; then present the three Witnesses there to subscribed, who mad Oath, that they saw the said Testator Sign, Seal, and heard him declare the said [several] instruments to be his last Will and Testament, & codicil and that they subscribed their Names togethers as Witnesses to the Execution thereof in the said Testator's Presence; and that he at [the] several times "to the best of their Judgment) of sound and disposing Mind:
I DO prove, approve and allow of the said Instsruments as the last Will and Testament & codicill of the before named deceased, and do commit the Administration thereof in all Matters the same concerning, and of his Estate whereof he died seiz'd and possess'd in said County, unto him the before named Executor, well and faithfully to execute the said Will, and to administer the Estate of the said deceased according thereunto; who accepted of his said Trust, and gave hand for the faithfull [exchange] of the same ----------
and he shall render an Account (upon oath) of his procceedings when thereunto lawafully required.

Know all Men by these Presentes, That we Nathan Winch Husband man, Jeremiah Belknap, [Jesssa] & Daniel Winch Husbandman, All of Farmingham in the County of Middlesex~~~~~~
within His Majesty's Provence of the Massachusetts-Bay in New-England, are holden and stand firmly bound and obliged unto Samuel Danforth Esq; Judge of the Probate of Wills, and granting Administrations with the County of Middlesex in the full Sum of four hundred Pounds, in Lawful Money of said province, to be paid unto the said Sam Danfourt - his Successors in the said Office or Assigns. To the true Payment whereof, we do bind ourselves, and each of us, our, and each of our Heirs, executors, and Administrators, jointly and severally for the whole and in the whole, firmly by these Presents. Sealed with our Seals. Dated the twelth Day of october Anno Domini, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty one, Annoqoue Reni Regis Georgii [?] primo.
The Condition of this present Obligation is such, That whereas the above-bounden nathan Winch this Day taken up him the office of Executor to the last Will and Testament of his Father Thomas Winch ----- late of Framingham in the County of middlesex gentlemen deceased, and thereby the Burthen of paying his Debts and Legacies: Now therefore if he the said Nathan, ~~~~~~ his Heirs, Executors or Administrators, or any of them, do well and truly pay, of cause to be paid the said deceased's Debts and Legacies and in all Matters the Estate according thereunto, and render an Account of his Proceedings thereupon when thereunto lawfully required: Then the above-written Obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full Force and Virtue.
