I, L. W. Oddy, County Clerk of Coos County, Oregon, and Ex-Officio Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County and State, do hereby certify that the foregoing and attached copy of Decree Cecil E. Winch, Plaintiff vs Emily V. Winch, Defendant, has been by me compared with the original Decree as entered March 19, 1936, in Circuit Court Journal No. 26, now on file and of record in my office and custody, and that it is a true, full and correct copy, and transcript and of the whole of such original Decree.
In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Circuit Court this 21st day of March, A.D. 1936.
