Clerk of the Superior Court [?] of the County and State aforsaid do hereby certify that David Baley is an active justice of the Peace in aforesaid County duly certified and qualified: that his commission was dated on the 21: day of June 1839. and will expire on the 20 day of June 1844 and that his signature within written is genuine -

Me.. aged 77 years. In 1818 daughter Hannah aged 17 years is referred to: in 1839 a daughter name not stated, married to Daniel Thompson, is referred to. No further family
