Winch Family - Thomas Winch - Will and Probate Record - page 2

[This is a continuation of the will and Probate Record For Thomas Winch, page 1.]

She having had part of her portion before the [?] Sum to be paid of my Executor's have after named in one year after my decease.

Item    I give and bequeath to my Daughter Hannah Rice the wife of David Rice twenty Six pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence to make up and Compleate her full portion out of my Estate. She having had part of her portion before. The Sum to be paid by my Executor here after Named in one year after my Decease.

Item     I give and bequeath to my Son Nathan - Winch whom I likewise. constitute make and ordain my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all and Singular my remaining lands, house, [?] Tenements which value at one hundred pounds by him freely to be Possessed and Enjoyed for ever. ----and I do hereby utterly disallow, Revoke and disannul all and every other former, Testaments, Wills, Legacies and bequests, and Executors, by me in any ways before Named, will, Willed and bequeathed, Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament. In Witness whereof, I have Hereto Sett my hand and Seal the Day and year above written.

Signed, Sealed, Published, Pronouced\and Declared by the TO Thomas Winch, as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the Subscribers.

Be it known to all men. by these Presents, That where as I Thomas Winch of Framingham in the County of Middlesex, in the Province of the Massachusetts-Bay in New Engd-Gent. have made and declared my last Will and Testament in writing, bearing Date march the first one thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight. I the said Thomas Winch by this present Cadicil, Do Ratify and confirm my [?]  last Will, and Testament; and Do further Give and bequeath- unto my Son Nathan Winch (mentioned in my  Will) all lmy out door husbansdry Tools and moveable effects, together with my quick Hock of all Sorts to be his for ever; and my Will and meaning is, That this Codicil or Schedule be, and be Rejudgrf to be part and parcel of my Said last Will and Testament; and that all things herein mentioned and contained, be Faithfully and truly performed, and as fully and amply in every respect, as if the same were to declared and  sett down in my last will and Testament. Witness my hand and Seal this Sevententh day of November  1758; and in the thirty Second year of this Majesty's Reign [?]---
