IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN,
I, George Van Amber of Winnebago City in the County of Faribault and State of Minnesota being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
First, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Charles W Van Amber The sum of Three Hundred Dollars.

Third - I give and bequeathe unto my step daughter Ellen Q. Bersell the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
Fourth - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Edna Thatcher and my son Ray Van Amber all the residue and remainder of my estate both Real and Personal that I may own at the time of my death, to be divided equally share & share alike.
