of the County of Blue Earth and State of Minnesota.

                                  III.

     That there has been born as issue of said marriage three

children, to-wit: Grover Masters, born June 3, 1916; Debarh

Masters, born January 31, 1918; and Doris Masters, born 

November 28, 1920 [all now] living with the plaintiff.

                                    IV.

     That on the 30th day of November 1921, the defendant herein 

was duly convicted of the crime of deserting his minor children 

under the age of sixteen years, by a jury in the said County of Blue 

Earth, and was later sentenced to the Minnesota State Reformatory 

at St. Cloud, in the state of Minnesota, for a period of not 

exceeding five years, as punishment of said crime, and was

committed to said institution on the 13th day of December, 1921.

                                     V.

     That the plaintiff is a fit and proper person and entitled to the 

care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties.

                           AS CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

     It is found:

                                      I.

     That the plaintiff is entitled to a judgment and decree of 

the Court granting said plaintiff an absolute divorce from 

said defendant, and completely dissolving and terminating the 

marriage relation now existing between her and the said defendant.

                                  II.

     That the plaintiff is entitled to the care, custody and control

of the minor children of the parties above named.

     Let judgement be entered accordingly.
