JUDGEMENT
The above entitled action being regularly on the
June 1925 term of said District Court, came on to be heard in its
order before the Court without a jury on the 7th day of [S]eptember,
1925, at ten o'clock A.M.
Harry A. Johnson appeared as attorney for and on behalf of
the plaintiff, and there was no appearance for the defendant. [A]nd
it appearing to the Court that the Summons and Complaint in said
action were personally served upon the defendant on [S]eptember
20, 1924, and that said defendant has not appeared in any manner
in said action, nor served nor filed any answer therein, and the
Court havaing heard and duly considered the evidence offered on
behalf of the plaintiff, the Court makes the following
FINDINGS OF FACT.
I.
That the plaintiff and defendant are husband and wife, and
were married on the 7th day of August, 1915, at the City of
Dennison, State of Iowa.
II.
That the plaintiff is now twenty-eight years of age and the
defendent is thirty-one years of age, and the plaintiff is now and
for several years last part has been a resident
