Fred graduated early from Fresno High School in order to enlist in the Navy during WWII. Fred was 17 and had to have his father sign a waiver for him to enlist. After WWII Fred graduated from Fresno State and went to work at PG&E then to Rainbo Bread Company. Through the years he worked very hard and retired as the General Manager of Rainbo Bread Company in Sacramento, California. After retiring he pursued his love of golf at Northridge Country Club and Fort Washington Country Club. He also loved to travel with his family taking them on trips to Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Bass Lake, San Diego, and Pismo Beach where many wonderful memories were made. After moving to Fresno, Fred married Inge Miller Page in Hawaii surrounded by family.
Few people could love, appreciate, and provide for their family better than Grandpa.
