The said Samuel Winch deceased, having a family, the following articles are not deemed assets, to be administered upon as such, but left with the family without being appraised to=wit.

First. One Family Sewing Machine,

Spinning Wheels,

Weaving Looms, 

Three Stoves set up and kept in use by the family,

Books kept and used as part of the Family Library, not exceeding $100 in value, to be selected by Mary A. Winch, widow of decedent, to-wit; Bible, Commentary, & [Hi] [Brole] & --of only two [?]  [?] Dollars in value in all [?]

Third. One Cow,

               There being no Cow, or Household Goods, not exceeding Forty Dollars in value, were selected by The said which said widow desires
to wit: to Take, she is entitled to $49.00 in money is given hereof.
